For the threaded spool spindle on Kobra 2, without a lock nut, the cone will continue to tighten. this fixes the issue.

I made some modifications to an existing threaded self centering spindle to handle spools with large openings. Problem is that the thread direction causes the nut to tighten so the spool can roll. This is the latest locknut to keep that from happening.
