The pulley in my Wilfa Uniform coffee grinder was worn down ("schreeching syndrome"), so made this as a replacement

My coffee grinder started malfunctioning and I found that many had a similar issue. The grinder did not rotate properly and it made a distinct screeching sound. Turned out the teeth on the pulley on the electric motor was run down and didn’t manage to pull the grinder. As Wilfa could not supply me with a spare pulley, I used the parametric model to create a new one to fit with the belt of the coffee grinder (22 teeth for a B86MXL belt) and modified it to fit the axle of the coffee grinder motor. It is a thight fit.
The issue and how to disassemble the grinder is described here - be sure to tighten the belt afterwards by readjusting the motor with the pulley on: https://www.coffeeforums.co.uk/threads/noisy-rumbly-wilfa-uniform-now-temp-fix-available.62779/
I had to print it with 0.25 mm nozzle to get proper teeth in the pulley. It has been running for over a year with the printed pulley, and it is still going strong!
