This device can hold up to 5 usb-cables or cables, that have a smaller diameter than 5mm. Using a clipping mechanism it can hold together strongly. To place it you have to use glue or something to stick it on a surface. It even has a space on the bottom so the distance between the device and that surface isn't that big.
