With the unchanged doll, I had a problem with ponytails. They keep falling off during printing even with support. So I made this version. I admit it is amateurish, made only with the help of Windows 3D Builder… but hey, it works.
So I cut it in half and made 4 parts in total.
- Head with part of the ponytails
- Body
- 2 ponytails
I did not want it to just glue it together afterward, so I made connectors. 1 for body and head, and 2 for each ponytail.
You just put some glue in the hole in the body and fit the cuboid. After that put some glue on top and a little bit around and fit the head.
Do the same with ponytails. The pointy part on the end of it should be aligned closest to the body. They hold just by friction but use glue if you want to be sure.
Supports:
- I used organic for the head, body, and ponytails. Used painting
- You can probably tilt it, but I am not experienced in that
Size:
- The head, body, and ponytails in 3MF are 121.84 %.
