The covers fit into the holes. They can be popped in and out depending on your use for them. I was originally going to feed filament from the front of the box, but then switched to the back leading me to create a cover for both.
I did have one that the filament could feed through and the filament tubes would fit into, but it created too much friction, so that one is still in the works.

Print Settings: 0.2 mm SPEED
Support Settings: Support on build plate
I experimented with both the organic and snug settings, and they both work. I used the snug as, if I remember correctly, it used less filament, was a faster print, and came of well without causing issues with the covers.
