One of the many version of CZ 75 follower for magazines. This version is copy of CZ 75 P-01 Ω original magazine follower (nr. 40 from manual). Product was tested with PETG and it works very well. Best option would be ABS ( I think original parts are made of it), but this material is very sensitive and i wasn't satisfied with the results. Try it your self.
Final product should be finished with sandpaper + water, especially contact surface with cartridge (round). Contact surface is then more slippery.
