This is a modification of the Tortilla Pocket Crimp v4 by Brannan Johnson.
Because the original model is designed as print-in-place, it is too big for my 220x220mm bed, so I modified it to print in multiple parts.
I have glued the hinge pin together with a some CA glue in the hollowed out section, but it works just fine without glue and it allows the 2 sides of the crimp to be took apart to help with cleaning.
I would recommend doing a test print of the hinge pin until it reaches about 30mm tall to make sure it slides into the holes perfectly, and adjust the size down slightly on the X and Y axis if it is too tight a fit.
I printed this in PLA+ at 0.2mm with a 0.4mm nozzle on my Ender 3 V3 KE without any supports.
I rolled up some sandpaper and sanded the inside of the hinge holes so they were smooth.
