The Roborock Qrevo has an issue with the auto empty dirt path that can clog if a large amount of material is emptied from the robot at one time. Sue to the injection molded geometry there is a hard right angle interface right before the dust bag that catches material and leads to the jam.

This part can easily be installed from the front of the machine and is easily reversable. To install

  1. (Optional)Remove the dust bin interface assembly. there are two screws that are removed in the back and the assembly slides forward and off. This makes installation significantly easier
  2. Clean the area around the area where the part will install.
  3. Place the part sideways into the opening as shown
  4. Rotate up so align the part with the front to back tube
  5. rotate and press  backwards into place. The tab on the rear of the part should align with the existing geometry in the plastic to set the rotation angle.

Notes:

  1. This part is designed to be printed as is with no supports, but there are some overhangs on the bottom that might need support depending on your printer.
  2. I have tested with ASA, but ABS or PLA should all work
  3. It is held in by a slight press fit, if the part is loose or too tight, try scaling them model slightly.
