The earring was designed in Tinkercad. I made it in two halves so that I could glue in a string and attach the thread to a flat faced earring. I printed with PLA at 100% infill and everything was default in the prusaslicer.
I couldn't get the original hinges to stay in tact. A user Chris Huck posted pictures of their hinges that they created as a work around. All I did was try to replicate that photo. Still a novice at design but it has been working for me…
