I printed with a 1.0mm external perimeter width using a 0.4mm nozzle and it was quite strong. Thinner walls would probably be fine if it will only be used for office junk.
Print with the large holes oriented vertically for the best strength. I printed mine in pla with a 0.2mm quality profile and no supports.
