Disclaimer : I made this as a shitpost, I didn't expect it to be particularly useful, and somehow it's been found usable nonetheless. I imagine there are better designs, but thank you for considering mine regardless. Foregrip I designed,…
Given the nerf community's move from full-dart mags to half-dart ones for more blasters, I figured there might be some value in figuring out how to convert full-dart mag springs to half-dart ones, especially in the case of the…
I really liked the aesthetic of Logan398's sight and the simple functionality of Szeez's adjustability. I thought Logan398's idea of inserting pieces of 3D filament into the sight as “fibre optics” was a fun idea. Unfortunately I did drop…
Altered CaptainSlug's adapter (from 2019) to fit into my Longshot and Talon mags. Other upgrades have been made progressively (Compatibility with other blasters, various tweaks). No shade at CaptainSlug's design though, I understand it…
How: This conversion works by having the links print in threes, simultaneously support each other as they print, navigating towards each other using 45 degree ramp overhangs Other features: I've also designed in sacrificial parts (to be…
I quite liked HorsEngineer's extended hammer here, but the number of tweaks I wanted to make sort of spiralled out of control, constituting a redraw more or less from ground up, although there are a lot of similar dimensions:…
Look at the internal cuts prior to making the external ones - especially be mindful about preserving certain segments of the top and bottom of the internal shell. External cuts overview: Internals prior to cutting: Making the initial…
Untested idea I had (Still waiting for parts to come in mail). Thought it could be nice to experiment with various accuracy inserts into flywheel cages (Various amounts of striation, degree, ID, smoothbore, length etc.), and I wanted an…
Inspired by hitchhiker's work on spiralised Hammershot cylinders: https://www.printables.com/@hitchhiker4200 https://www.printables.com/model/230232-inline-magazine-16-shot-hammershot-cylinder-oh-yes I found that their cylinders seemed to…
Design to enable rear-loading in cycloneshock more easily. Vid of cut lines/insert in V1 (2020 version in blue): https://youtu.be/hUbnT2uN-uI V2 (Comparison in photos shown in cream print) has less need for as extensive cutting, should…
I've been researching cycle control for the Nerf Stampede, and I understand that it's not too uncommon to trim the control plate to help manage runaway by adding dwell. It's kinda hard to “un-cut” something, so here's the replacement I…
I wanted to be able to fully remove a flywheel, and kelly's puller was a good shape to start from.
Credit goes to https://www.printables.com/@ThompsonStudios https://www.thingiverse.com/deusnefum/designs My tweaks/contribution here is very minimal. Also take a look at the various Hammershot cylinder options of Radioactive:…
While installing ahalekelly's RS switchplate ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2838203 ), I found that I wanted the rev trigger to be a little easier to press. This alternative rev trigger increases the surface area and makes the rev…
A couple of people have requested a full dart version of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4653156 So I've edited the files. I haven't tested this file either, only the original half-dart guide, feel free to edit the FreeCAD file…
The goal of this piece was to convert the stock longshot breech into a conventional pusher style breech with minimal modding effort. This is a work in progress, I'm currently in the process of adding additional orings and tweaking the…
Splitting the bottom uncompensated filler piece into two allows more forgiving tolerancing when shaving down the cut lines/hole IMO, as you can cut a little further for a loose fit, then superglue the halves into place in their respective…
(On hold - this works, but I've found that it need extra epoxy reinforcement, the bolt is insufficient to stop the inserts from sliding out. Working on a fix.) Uncompensated back and front pieces allow you to use an extended cylinder by…
I had trouble with the original hammershot spinner file from Radioactive52's 8 round hammershot elite cylinder, likely because my settings aren't dialed in too great. His work as a whole is great though, definitely worth checking out: -…
I found that the stock trigger was placed a little further back than I'd like (better than standard Nerf though), and FetteWorst has kindly uploaded his own replacement trigger, saving me the work of redoing it from scratch. I filled in…
Replacement plunger head for the longshot, to be used with 3.5mm o rings (I used 28mm ID). Ended up going with a o-ring seat that went from 28.4mm-29mm, found it gave a pretty good seal. I made this to experiment with seal strength, I'm…
A couple of people seem to have interest in making their own rapidstrike vulcan integration, which is almost odd to me, because I only made this to salvage scrap parts - I actually almost would rather just have had a regular rapidstrike…
I purchased some PETG refills (filament without spool) from esun and attempted to use them with the spools leftover from previous PETG orders (regular filament on a spool). However, I found that the cardboard spool was too wide to fit,…
Given the recent innovation of bearing SCARs, I decided to hop on the bandwagon. If I understand correctly, SCAR = String Centering And Rifling Bearings are pretty expensive though, so misusing rivets seemed like a reasonable solution for…
This piece should make it slightly easier to evenly fill in the spaces in the nerf modulus grip. This is not a drop-in part, putty is still required for filler, this just makes it a little more even. Part was designed for this build:…
Wanted to use captainslug's suppressor scar v1 ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2863865 ) with my longshot. However, I didn't like the idea of mounting it directly onto the brass, since it'll then start to sag, and has the issue of…
Got a second-hand xplorer pump grip and I noticed that the bolt head and nut were wearing into the metal bars. Instead, I've designed covers that will protect the bars. An alternative would be plastic m4 washers, but that's a little more…
Replacement for Cycloneshock plunger tube head/cap, with reduced dead space vs original. I removed the original orange head using pliers, as it is solvent welded on, so I felt there was no good way to remove it entirely without damaging…
I'm in the midst of creating a flywheel-based launcher for homemade pool noodle nerf rockets, I figured I'd post the cutting jig that I used. (jig cutter and jig flush) The two pieces are separate for printability, and superglue together.…
Rear-loading can be fiddly, and pushing half-darts in nicely can be difficult without unnaturally slender fingers, so this piece acts as a convenient pusher.…
Hopefully this makes loading hammershots mid-game a little faster. I play in a game environment wherein blasters like hammershots have slightly different rules to conventional mag-feds, thus making optimisation a somewhat worthwhile…
https://www.printables.com/model/265371-nt-bee I wanted something to store these BEES I've been printing at 30%, and I've BEEn messing around with spiralised containers (i.e. Vase mode). I haven't tried printing these normally, I imagine…
Used the Longshot stock by NIRODHA to find the butt sizing of the Longshot, so I could design a stock around it to replace the original one, namely a re-sized XZEUS stock. Then I realised that I'm actually pretty okay with the longshot…
Streamlines, elites and other such darts fall out of the tommy 20 due to the larger buzz bee dart thickness. This design reduces the size of the holes slightly to grip onto the darts. This will need to be glued in, as there is not enough…
