Have built 10 inch rack and to clean up the wires made this plate. Optimized to be printed without any supports and whatever settings you wish. Here is video in case you want more context:
Original model was too tight and mounting holes are to narrow/far for some racks. Print 2 one for front and one for the Back. I used ABS to print it you can also use PETG. More infil - stronger part! I used 4 walls, 5 shell layers, 10%…
Made mounts for my AC Pro and U7 Pro access points. No supports, print flat. For 10 inch rack plate I would suggest using solid infill to avoid twisting.
Part designed to fix problem with hinges ears being to short. You will need typical voron sized heat inserts
This devices doesn't have Active cooling I recommend using PETG or ABS. You will need to take side bolts out and use longer to screw thru the mount. Print on front panel side flat down.
