The planet gears need a little sendin. And there is some gap between the gears because the printer would then not be able to print it.

I didn't test it because I have a prusa mini and it doesn't fit there.
There are two versions, one with four cable slots and the other with five slots. I will try to add more versions over time. Both versions can hold cables up to 4.2 mm in diameter.
