I used a little support on the inside edges. Nothing major. Common M6/M8 hardware used to assemble. One could add some felt or velcro bits to soften the surroundings but mine doesn't rattle as-is.

Print in anything .2 layer height. 4+ permimeters. Designed for M4 heat inserts.
Printed with PLA+, 4 perimeters, 40% infill. Honestly, its rock solid even on my motion rig. Way better result than I expected. I included a step file in case you want to cut a steel version.

You will need a variety of M4 bolts, probably good to use a washer as well. Not all bolt holes were the same depth so expect to use at least 2 different length bolts -you will need to test. Otherwise, this works perfectly.
