I thought the original design was too thick and damages the pages of the books. This is only 0.8mm, instead of 1.5mm original, which is much more friendly to paper pages.

Book holder (Bookstop)

I strongly recommend printing it lying flat for better layer strength against the books being held, and using 3 or even 4 perimeters for extra durability. It will then hold even large and heavy books without much difficulty.
