Because these are only about a millimeter in thickness, print them at 100% infill with a fine setting for layer height.
For the Pattern pricker, just cut a sharp needle and glue into the hole. Use the cap to protect the needle. For the Pin pusher/puller, cut a small bobby pin and glue into the hole.
