Voron 0 rail stops - countersunk for FHCS

These were created to fix an issue I had with my Dragon Burner contacting the rail stops on my Z axis. The regular size stop uses an M3x8 FHCS, whilst the shrunk one uses an M3x6 FHCS, and protrudes less in Y and Z.

U2C cover plate with PG7 cable gland hole for V0.2

Added a hole to affix a PG7 cable gland, lengthened and filleted the heatsert points to avoid interference with the U2C cable, and removed the border. Also added cutouts for RGB stick wires etc. Apologies for somewhat brutalising the CAD!
