Ortlieb bike rack QL3.1 holder

A spare holder for Ortlieb bike rack with QL3.1 fittings. Designed for 12mm flat M4 countersunk hex bolt. I printed it with solid perimeters, i.e. no infill, just perimeters all the way. No supports needed.
