Counting matching models…
I made second version of the handle with knurled outer surface to help removing it after use. However, I'm struggling with the threads, since my modelling software doesn't support thread modelling, only textures. Had to use the coil…
Printed in PLA and painted. You need a steel clip.
Designed for my Trekker Black Wolf telescopic sticks, but then again should work for other sticks too, if the geometry is close enough. I printed them in TPU, 100% infill.
I printed this for my friend as per dimensions given by him. While assembling, he noted that the shaft diameter should have been about 1mm tighter. A strip of tin corrected this.
This is my second version, where I used three magnets in each protector instead of just one. Be careful about the polarity of the magnets, so you can store these protectors hugging each other compactly. For best strength use 100% infill…
More robust design. I used PETG for it. Snug fit.
Filaflex TPU with 15% infill worked fine for me. Supports are difficult to clean, but are not very visible anyway.
Converting the lathe for 5mm wide synchronous belt. Printed a mock-up from PE, but I did use them for real lathe work as well without problems. Lathe pulley has 14x1mm thread. Motor axle 14mm with 5mm key.
Haven't printed it yet. Please send pictures and/or comments should you end up printing a pair.
Jig to remove and install key blade to remote control key. I printed it with ABS. Should do the trick. Pictures show the original version also to get an idea what was changed / remixed.
TPU with 25% infill
Black TPU, 15% infill, supports.
Haven't printed this one yet, gotta practice slicing the model or borrow a bigger printer. TPU should work fine here.
Printed it with ABS 100% infill. Assembly will be tricky. You'll have to drill a mounting hole to green coin funnel to install the M6 nut. I used a nylon lock nut, so that it doesn't tighten up too much when income gets big =). It helps,…
Print it from ABS or PLA, doesn't really matter, since it does not have to be very strong to do it's job. Original might have been cast aluminum or magnesium.
Print it as flexible as possible. Picture of torn aftermarket rubber as attachment.
This replaces perished rubbers round rear springs
Please note. I made first mock-up model out of plastic just to see if it works. It worked fine for a short period of time, but wore out quickly. The final version is commercially printed from steel. It has performed well for years with…
Only one thousand of these were ever made, so sourcing of parts is fairly difficult. I printed it from Fiberlogy PCTG. Pictures show also the cracked original grills.
I printed it using ASA filament. Mounting from corners using four small screws (or glue, if you wish).
My Emco Unimat 3 lathe's own motor broke down, as they so often do. So this is the first step to convert it to real AC-motor (400 VAC / 0,375 kW / 50 Hz). Printed in PE.
Print it solid, it'll take some beating.
I printed it with Filaflex 60A TPU Filament, 100% infill. You might want to try a bit harder compound also. Lubricate well before installation with brake rubber grease or PTFE-lube. Remember, you need two of these. Have fun and gimme all…
A handy thing for collecting rain water in your garden. I printed it out of ABS. PE would be very good, too. Fixed with a couple of tin roof screws and sealing was guaranteed with a bead of butyl sealant between the tap/barrel/flange…
Silverline, Tamforce, Ryobi etc. with 13mm x 457mm sanding belt. I use same hose as with my Mirka Abranet block. Works fine! The other end is connected to a household fireplace ash vacuum cleaner with a TPU adapter. Snug fit, just plug it…
One version for flanged bolt, one version for countersunk M10 bolt. Use partially threaded bolt to make it last long. I printed it with Fiberlogy PCTG. Sidestand hole diameter 18mm.
Set of bushes for BMC 1.5 liter Farinas. Models include lower wishbone bushes (you'll need 8 pieces) together with king pin to shock absorber bushes (4 required). Steel inner bushes required. Due to badge engineering, these'll fit the…
