Originally designed for grinding plant tissue in PCR tubes for rapid, high-efficiency DNA extraction. Originally printed in PLA, cleaned between usages in water with soap, then with 70% ethanol.
For manipulating samples between a petri dish and a microscope slide. Useful if you need to shift from one to the other repeatedly and keeping both in focus. Printed in PLA.
Print in PLA. You will need a metal bearing 608ZZ. For the base not to slice I used three adhesive rubber pads. Alternatively, patafix or plastilin also work great. Smooth knitting!
