Printed at 100% infill 3-4 walls in ABS when assembling x axis gantry put this plate on top of it and thread the bolt through this and the aluminum plate after connecting and stringing belts
Print in ABS OR PETG 3-4 walls at >20% infill no long a need for bottom 5m bolt connected to the aluminum plate
I highly advise you print in petg or abs at 100% infill to avoid instability
Print in any filament no supports slowly and have maximum cooling
These tensioners just add a bit of clearance for the belts and toolhead no supports are needed
Supports: yes use brim if bed has low adhesion I do suggest printing in a strong material such as petg or abs
