I recommend printing in PLA. Attached .3mf contains 60x105mm tray. Default value for spacer height is 0.4mm so if u slice with 0.15 u probably would get 0.45 height. If u need any other dimension feel free to ask or edit in 360 fusion.

Printed in PETG/0.2/20% infill. I printed mine laying on back with supports, but should be working with bottom on the plate.
I recommend print in PETG and 0.2 layer height. In attached gcode 3 will be printed, but 2 will do the work just fine. If u need any changes feel free to contant me or just edit 360 fusion project.
