Grohe inner Extension for 45203 Verlängerung UP Ventil
On the picture you see original and rebuild, Just z scale it as you need (larger is easy possible, smaller I would expect max half of the size). More sturdy then original ≤0.4mm Nozzle required to get the teeth with a good fit.
