Ender 3 Toolhead for Sherpa Micro, MGN12H, and KlackEnder

Remix of the KlackEnder/Klicky probe carriage to restore the 12H screw pattern. Still kinda messy in the spots where I moved the top holes since I was working off the stl mesh, but prints fine and fits the robotdigg 12H carriage I'm using.
