I've been using these in my 3d model train work, I've been designing and working on a small model train layout that will be primarily 3d designed and printed right down to the track.
HO scale dilapidated brick two story building. This is mainly meant to be used as a facade building. Use white tempera paint for a really great mortar effect.
Print in resin for the best results. I also suggest supporting it instead of printing it to the build plate. You will need to support the rafter tails and the inner rafters as well. Good luck.

I disliked the tie spacing of the Peco Hon30 "rough" SL-400 track so I made some tie strips to use as a filler. When you decrease the tie spacing then you need to fill the gap with more ties. That's what this 3d file is for.
