Simple PT cover to protect the goodies. Print in TPU to help resist oil. Elastic holes are sized for 3mm elastic cord, and can be tied to keep covers on.
Print flat side down, no supports or brim necessary. If printing in TPU, make sure there's enough bottom layers for the screws to grab. I printed mine 15 bottom, 3 walls, and 3 top layers with 5% infil for good squish.
Print flat side down. Slide onto end of bar with untapped holes. Make sure the rear hole of the jig aligns with the existing hole. Drill out the pilot and then to size. Mark bar at the small cutout on tap. Cut. yay you did it
