Hailong battery mount for ebike
I made this to attach the battery of my Hailong/Bafang motor on my 48mm diameter frame tube. I drilled 5mm holes in the aluminum tube and used rivets to keep it in place. Use 4mm zipties to wrap the plastic piece for extra stability.

The face has overhangs so it will need supports to print. I printed in TPU and came out OK, though it was tricky to remove the supports.
