I've printed it with PETG. IIRC this is was designed to print with 0.5 line width, 0.2 layer height. No adhesion options or supports needed.

I hate printing and removing supports. Here, i've blanked unsupported holes 0.2mm thick so you woulndn't have to. Just punch through or remove them with something sharp after it's printed. No other changes made. I'm unsure what license…
