This is a simple oversized shoe-button, I only had grey filament, so I'll need you to post pics of it in better colors! Maybe print it in two colors 😉 I have uploaded a prusaslicer profile that should work very nicely.
Print with whatever layer height, 40% infill, 2 perimeters minimum, I recommend HTPLA (PLA+ / PLA Pro), but PETG and other slightly flexible filaments should work too. I have not tested in standard PLA. Assemble by sliding the two halves…
This is a PSU holder that screws into a wall or enclosure using #6 flat head wood screws. Printed using PLA or HTPLA. These designs are rather forgiving, use whatever print settings you like, no supports are necessary.
