I printed this with 1.2mm walls and 10% infill, and used some double sided mounting tape to stick it on the back of my appliance. It should accept a variety of cord sizes with the two knobs providing a way to hold the loose end.
No glue or fasteners required, but you could use superglue if you want a more permanent fit. Version 2 has longer temple arms since the originals are a bit short, plus a curved nose bridge for a little more comfort.
Print this model with the flat side down. No supports needed. With my print settings on a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.24mm layer height, it printed in about half an hour. You could of course print with a 0.4mm nozzle and perhaps a 0.2mm layer…
I printed this in PLA, .2mm layer height, with a brim. Let me know if yours doesn't fit and I can share a looser or tighter version.
I printed this model in PLA with the screw side facing flat on the bed. No supports needed. You might want a brim or a raft to help with adhesion.
