I printed this upside-down standing up. The same goes for the model. Needs supports, I also used a 2 layer raft. To attach the grill to the cabine part I used a tiny bit of hot glue on the tabs on the inside.
Should be a drop-in replacement. Added a photo with my straight bumper ‘design’ as well. If you print this in TPU it will be extremely hard to break.

For each wheel you need an inner , outer and ring part. To clamp the rim to the tire you need 9 screws, I use black 6mm M2 screws. You can print the inner and outer half on the narrow side.
