Displate mount 10 mm magnets

Changed it to use 10 mm magnets. Didn't change anything else, so there is a bit of wasted space/filament. Also re-added the groove for a thin rubber strip. I had roll of 10 mm wide and 1,5 mm thick, so that's what fits.
