Numbered "0" Status/Marker Ring

@TheCraftedGee_357917 did an excellent collection of numbered rings, but I needed a "0" ring to match the NPC HP tracker I was also printing. I hope it's useful to other people too! I printed mine at High Quality 0.12mm.
