I needed a panel for my 10" rack, I decided to combine my USG and MC220L. They fit perfectly, but you can add zip tie or double tape for more security. It's a long print, almost 10 hours ! Print instructions Print in PETG or PLA.

I printed the threaded section (the part that goes into the wall) from the original file scaled to 100.5% on the X and Y axes for easier installation. You need M3 heated insert, screws and washers
