Updated version which moves the flex fingers into a protected location. With this version the chalk drops in easily and uses the fingers bending in to hold it. With the solid ring on top it is much strong and kids don't break it as quickly.

This attaches a standard 1" sidewalk chalk to a broom handle. I have printed this in both PLA and PETG. Prints without supports. You screw the nut on from the bottom. As the nut goes up it will increase the clamping force on the chalk.…
