orient the model upright add support blockers inside the channels. PETG seems strong enough. zip tie nubs sit in the channel openings i noticed the zip ties were deforming the helmet liner, so i made a back plate to take the pressure off

helmet magnet clip
i made a clip that inserts between the liner and helmet shell that holds a magnet so i can use lighter cycling glasses on a helmet that has a rim. no tape, no glue. rough supported area holds it in place with friction
