I remixed the model, made by Leynad Jee and John Doe, slightly modifying the angle of the part in contact to get even closer. I also provided it already doubled mirrored and oriented ready to print. a brim might be necessary
I just edited the very good mod by John Doe to accomodate bigger 6x3 magnets (superglue suggested)

I adapted this model for the one in the QUBE 500 because 2 were missing from the box. scale at 99% if they are too tight print with a brim if usually small parts don't stick on your bed: I used ASA at 0.12 with a 4mm brim. a good idea…
This is a spacer for the front lens of the Panasonic LA7200 Anamorphic adapter, fits in the original housing and keep the lens in place in case you opened it and (like me) broke the original support.
