A tool for servicing suspension such as 48mm KYB forks. I printed with 7 perimeters and 100% in-fill in PLA. That is probably a bit excessive given the low torque values, but you may come across a cap that is stuck on tight.
Print with 7 perimeters and 100% infill uses 5x5mm and 6x2mm magnets to hold it on the jaws. You'll want to mirror on the y axis to print the opposing side.

If for some reason you are not using the stock head light shroud on your dirt bike you lose your brake line guide. This is a simple add on. I printed it in PC blend with a brim July 2026: Added a longer version that is a bit stronger.
The plastic ring around the bottom of the outer tube on KYB forks. It will need to flex to slide into position so use something like PETG or PC Blend The inner raised part of the ring will need supports.
