3-inch yarn cutter for latchhook

I just needed a tool for cutting a bunch of yarn into 3-inch pieces for latchhook rug making. The thinner part is a handle. Wrap the yarn around the thicker part (without stretching the yarn), and then use scissors to cut along the groove.
