I printed this with PETG with a 0.6 nozzle. Please don't use PLA so it's a bit more temperature resistant. I think the original box is polycarbonate.
You might want to adjust the model to tune the depth of the indent for double sided tape. Put some double sided sticky tape on the square to adhere to the mat.
