You can either print it and stop to add the steel washers of the original model or use a smaller washer and push through the top with the screw you will use. Print in TPU using a 35% infill i was able to get 95A to squish and remain strong.
Based of the stock butpad but increased to 45mm in length. please note that the end of the blaster isnt completely flat, so you might have to trim and/or shim the space between the blaster body and butpad for it not to wiggle around.…
