All the teeth of the original gear where stripped which caused the lawnmower to lose its drive. Instead of purchasing a €85,- new part I printed one myself for €2.
My first print is of the Husqvarna Lawnmower Drivegear HU625AWD in PETG with 2 walls and 100% infill with alternating extra wall. It seems very durable and the wheel engages and spins with no issues. We will see how long it lasts.
