I designed this step-down-ring to be able to attach a ø49mm variable ND filter to my vintage 50mm Minolta lens with a ø55mm filter thread. Attaching this setup to an APS-C camera does not cause any vignetting.

I could not source the filters the AirManager V2 is build for. This is why I bought a random airfilter for cars, that uses activated carbon. I then constructed a adapter to use it in the AirManager V2.
