Cut up a pool noodle and make nunchuks! There is a 28mm and 22mm diameter versions for the two sizes of pool noodles I have encountered. Should be able to scale up or down either model to fit any noodle.
Print in place nunchuks. May need a brim.
No supports needed, 20-30% infill
