This is a simple pusher robot, designed for use with Generic 44mm N20 Wheels. It was inspired by the powerloader from Aliens, and uses some design points from the movie prop as decoration.

This can be built as high or low tech as you want, and its designed to run with anything from a Malenki Nano with N10's, Twin Brushed ESC's and N20's, down to toy-grade 2.4ghz All in one boards.

Sized to fit a 180Mah 2S/3S Lipo, currently testing revisions for a 200mah version to ensure better compatibility, if I get some more requests I'll see what I can change to fit in a 300mah battery.

This does not fit in a 100mm Cube, so it's not AWS legal but should be fine for any other competition where the cube rule isn't enforced.
AWS ruling has changed since this was made, so now this is fully AWS legal!

Tested in PLA and TPU, I would recommend printing the lid out of a stiff material if you're going the TPU route just to adda little rigidity. Going up to 8mm Long lid screws is also recommended to reduce the risk of pull-out
Motor mounts can be installed with either 3mm plastite screws from the top or M2 countersunk screws from underneath.
This was designed to be used with an optional RC beacon, giving it more of the Powerloader/industrial robot feel. This is unnecessary but can be added with M2 standoffs, grub screws and countersunk screws to raise it to the correct height.

Recommended Parts list:

600RPM N20 Motors x 2 (1000RPM works but makes it a bit prone to flipping)
2S 180mah LiPo Battery
Dual Brushed ESC
FS-2A Reciever
2x N20 Motor Mounts
2x 44mm N20 Wheels
Small Slide Switch (required for most tournaments)

Rough cost should be around £35 assuming these are sourced from robotics suppliers, if you use Aliexpress or the like you could build one for as little as £20
