All printers have different tolerances, we aimed to make a set of files that works on the maximum number of printers but your mileage may vary
The original screws are to short so hold the plate and the Stream Deck. Either remove the plate or change screws for M3*10mm (see photos)
To assemble the smartphone stand, unscrew the plates, put the plate as the picture shows, and screw back the plates.
