My clips fit universally and hold filament firmly & perfectly, yeah whatever. What makes them actually useful?
- Unlike other filament clips, these prevent spools from rolling on flat surfaces.
The extra fat edge stops spools from rolling, making it easier to store & organize your spools. - When stacking & storing spools, my design prevents accidently unclipping.
My clips sit flush at the point where it enables you to smoothly slide spools against one another without any unclipping.
I know there's a ton of filament clips out there, these have solved my two only problems with other clips. I hope they help!
For the print profile, I set 4 walls for the fat lip, and a .28mm layer height for speed. I recommend PETG because it will withstand the tension better than PLA.
