Pavise Shield 1:10

I created my own model of Pavise Shield 1:10 for everyone, who need a Pavise Shield to many purposes. I created my model mainly for education to school like school supplies or decoration, cosplay, modeling or board games purposes :-)

A pavise (or pavis, pabys, or pavesen) was an oblong shield used during the mid-14th to early 16th centuries. Often large enough to cover the entire body, it was used by archers, crossbowmen, and other infantry soldiers on the battlefield.

I tried to make my model in exact dimensions to the original.  I was inspired by this web page.

I did my model of Pavise Shield in scale 1:10! So if You want a real size of real shield for decoration or cosplay purposes, You must scale my model to 1:1 in Prusa Slicer or another 3d printer program. 

Also if You need some different sizes, You can take my models and resize them as You need :-)

Printing:
Printing I think it will be easy, but I personally not printed a Pavise Shield 1:10, because I do not needed it. I only created a model, because I like history and I think, someone maybe need this historically accurate model.

If You use a brown color filament when printing, the structure of the print looks like a wooden product.

Print this model in one piece if prompted by Prusa Slicer. If necessary, combine the individual parts of the model in the modeling program before You print the Pavise shield.

Only two handles are missing in the model, which are made of rope. Make the handles from twine or strong rope according to the scale in which You will print the model.
