Was looking around for a way to sand 90° with my Mirka Deros 650CV. Saw an etsy listing for € 20 and decided to design one myself. It can be used with both the 125 and 150mm sanding pad. I've included both the Fusion360 f3d file aswel as the step file.
Hardware used
8 x 8mm flathead m4
8 x 8mm 4mm Rothex inserts
Locking clips 76*27mm (example)
Tab hole spacing 14mm
Clip hole spacing 25mm
Print settings:
PETG
Support
Walls: 4
Infill: 25%
Printed them both on their sides so the finish would match but this is completely up to you.
