I love my headphones and modified my Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pros to have a 3.5" headphone jack. However having them more mobile was always a wish. This is what this model is supposed to fix.
I replaced the original headphone cable on the left ear. Correspondingly I printed a replacement for the headphone strap slider clip on the left side. If you want a right side adapter, you might have to mirror the parts accordingly.
There is four STLs to this model:
slider_adapter_left_inner / slider_adapter_left_outer
The parts attach to the headphone itself, where the outer part gets added two of the magnets.
Mii_adapter
The part that fits a cheap Mii aux bluetooth adapter, and gets two more of the magnets.
adapter_only
This part fits the slider_adapter_left_outer and is for you to add other holders.
Non printed materials used:
- 4 round 8mm x 2.6mm magnets
- Two original DT770 Pro screws
- ( Mii Aux Bluetooth Adapter 3.5 mm Bluetooth Musik Received )
I printed in PET-G at .20 layer height with a generic brand PET-G and it worked fine for me.
